(Some of the more current issues, are boxed loose papers, waiting to be either microfilmed or bound.) Between the microfilmed and the bound issues, most of the papers after 1915 are intact. There are 5 rolls of the newspapers ALLIANCE STANDARD, LINDEN STANDARD, and the CASS COUNTY SUN, and some issues of the CITIZEN'S JOURNAL dating from about 1889 thru mid 1940's.

(Years 1939, 1940, 1942 are near complete-others are scattered, most very scattered.) These 5 rolls were microfilmed wrong and have to be used on the take-up reel and run backwards. Some more newspapers were found of the Cass County Sun and Alliance Standard and have been remicrofilmed with these newspapers right, making 8 new rolls, 1996
