Wednesday, Oct. 6, 2004, in a Lafayette hospital.

Arrangements are pending with Reeder-Davis Funeral Home.

HUGHES SPRINGS, Texas-Ethel Caldwell, 90, of Naples, Texas, died Wednesday, Oct. 6, 2004, 
in Lafayette, Ind.

Mrs. Caldwell was born May 30, 1914, in Cass County, Texas.

Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Elizabeth and John Young of Lafayette; one son and 
daughter-in-law, William and Beverly Caldwell of South Boston, Va.; one aunt, Luella Holley; eight 
grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives.

Services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Gethsemane Baptist Church, Naples, with the Rev. Gary Walker 
officiating. Burial will be in Gethsemane Cemetery under direction of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home.

Visitation will be noon Wednesday at the church.
