VADA CANNON

HUGHES SPRINGS, Texas-Vada Cannon, 87, of Hughes Springs died Friday, Dec. 3, 2004, in a local 
nursing home.

Mrs. Cannon was born May 20, 1917, in Franklin County, Texas. She was a Baptist. She was preceded 
in death by her husband, Clarence E. Cannon.

Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, Elbert "Bert" and Shirley Cannon of Hughes Springs 
and Joe and Linda Cannon of Quinlan, Texas; two daughters, Pat Lambdin of Dallas and Nell Johnson 
of Avinger, Texas; 11 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; and a 
number of nieces and nephews.

Services will be 1:30 p.m. Sunday at Reeder-Davis Funeral Home with the Rev. Bryan Peck officiating. 
Burial will be in Oakridge Cemetery, Marietta, Texas.
