James Clements

Services for James Clements, 97, of Jacksonville were at 10 a.m. today in Thompson Funeral Home Chapel in Jacksonville, Texas. Burial was at Jarratt Cemetery under the direction of the funeral home. Mr. Clements died Thursday, October 4th 2001 at the East Texas Medical Center in Jacksonville. He was born November 18th 1903 in Hughes Springs, Texas. Mr. Clements was a retired ordained minister with the Pentecostal Church of God. He is survived by sons and daughters-in-law, Clarence and Virginia Clements of Willits, California and Thomas O'Dell and Donna Clements of Angel Camp, California; sister Mattie Welty of Hallsville; 10 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
