Linda Lou Davidson

HUGHES SPRINGS ?— Graveside services for Linda Lou Davidson, 58, of Hughes Springs, will be 10 a.m. Thursday, June 16, 2011, at Dennis Cemetery, Hughes Springs, under the direction of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home, Inc. of Hughes Springs.

Linda was born in New Boston, Texas, on February 7, 1953, to O.S. Davidson and Shirley (Stiles) Davidson. She passed away Sunday, June 12, 2011, at a nursing facility in Mount Pleasant.

She was a graduate of Hughes Springs High School, as well as a graduate of Kilgore Junior College. She was a homebound member of Crossroads Baptist Church. She was a photographer and artist, known by many as "The Picture Lady". Her kind and gentle spirit will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
Linda was preceded in death by her parents, O.S. Davidson and Shirley Stiles Davidson, and brother-in-law, John Scholl.

Left behind to cherish her memories are her brothers, Bill Davidson of Henderson, Nev., and Jack Davidson and wife, Christine, of Naples; sisters, Betty Davidson of Houston, Bennie Scholl of Daingerfield, Gracie Reavis of West Point, Miss..; June Snyder and husband, Paul, of New Boston; a special niece, Brooklyne Bond; and special nephew, Rowdy Bond; as well as numerous other nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
