HUGHES SPRINGS - Services for Laverne McCullough (Peppers) Durkee will be 2 p.m. Saturday, January 22, 2011, at 
First United Methodist Church of Hughes Springs, with the Rev. Emmanuel Holloman officiating. Burial will follow 
in Woodlawn Memorial Park in Hughes Springs. Arrangements are by Reeder-Davis Funeral Home.

Ms. McCullough was born October 2, 1936, in Avinger and died Monday, January 17, 2011, in Frisco. She was a 
schoolteacher for 33 years and served as the pianist for Liberty United Methodist Church. Survivors include her 
sisters, Laura Morris and Ervietta Williams; children, Byron, Gary, Debra and Reggie. 

Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. today, January 21, 2011, at the funeral home.
