JESSIE HAWKINS

HUGHES SPRINGS, Ark.-Jessie Lou Hawkins, 89, of Hughes Springs, died Friday, Nov. 26, 2004 at 
a Linden, Texas hospital.

Mrs. Hawkins was born May 30, 1915, in Cass County, Texas. She was a member of Hughes Springs 
Missionary Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Milton Leroy "Tena" Hawkins.

Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Mike and Tammy Hawkins of Hughes Springs; two 
daughters and sons-in-law, Mary and Bert Russ of Mesquite, Texas, and Patsy and Warner McClellan 
of Hughes Springs; two brothers, Joe Grady Russell of Hughes Springs and Wayne Russell of 
Daingerfield, Texas; one sister, Johnnie Faye Walker of Hughes Springs; five grandchildren, and nine 
great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be 2 p.m. today at Hughes Springs Cemetery with the Rev. Larry Neely officiating. 
Burial will be under direction of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home.
