Josie Braneff, 79, of Fannett died Wednesday at Doctors Hospital in Groves. Graveside service will be at 3 pm Saturday at Memory Gardens Cemetery in Nederland under the direction of Pat A Riley Funeral Home in Nederland. Visitation will begin at 2 pm today at the funeral home. A native of Jayton, she was a longtime resident of Atlanta, Port Arthur and Fannett and was a retired machine operator with Texaco Island Inc in Port Arthur. Survivors include her husband, Floyd Braneff of Fannett; daughters, Margie Keniry of Canyon Lake and Betty Cheshire of St Louis, MO; sons, Joe Woods of Menard and Pete Woods of Orange; 11 grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren
