LEWIS WALLACE

HUGHES SPRINGS, Texas-Lewis Wallace, 89, of Hughes Springs died Friday, Jan. 7, 2005, at his home.

Mr. Wallace was born Dec. 24, 1915, in Cass County, Texas. He was retired from Lone Star Steel, a Mason 
and a member of First Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Lucille Wallace of Hughes Springs; one daughter and son-in-law, Wanda and Leland 
Cockrill of Hughes Springs; one granddaughter and grandson-in-law, Lu Ann and Bobby Moore of Ardmore, 
Okla.; two great-granddaughters, Kristen Moore and Brittany Cockrill; two great-grandsons; Garrett Cockrill and 
Tyler Moore; and a number of other relatives.

Services will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Reeder-Davis Funeral Home with the Rev. Mickey Rorex officiating. Burial will 
be in Hughes Springs Cemetery.
