Arrangements are pending with Reeder-Davis Funeral Home. ---------------------------------- WARNER WALLACE HUGHES SPRINGS, Texas-Warner Orville Wallace, 90, of Hughes Springs died Friday, Oct. 8, 2004, in a local hospital. Mr. Wallace was born Feb. 1, 1914, in Hughes Springs. He was retired from Porterville College, Porterville, Calif., a member of Hughes Springs First United Methodist Church and an Army veteran. Survivors include his wife, Evelyn Wallace of Hughes Springs; one daughter and son-in-law, Martha and Willis Baker of Daingerfield, Texas; one son and daughter-in-law, James and Lorraine Wallace of Avinger, Texas; nine grandchildren; and 25 great-grandchildren. Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Hughes Springs First United Methodist Church with the Revs. James Warner Wallace, Bluford Weikel and Durwood Bristow officiating. Burial will be in Hughes Springs Cemetery under direction of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home. The body may be viewed after 2 p.m. and visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
