James Thomas Allbright served in command organized in Arkansas or Missouri from 1861 until 1865.  He was in the Infantry and the Cavalry.

Affadavit of witness: Appeared N. G. Smith and J. E. May: "Mrs. J. T. Allbright is the widow of J. T. Allbright and has been a resident since 1910 of state."

Affadavit of witness: Appeared N. G. Smith: "He has been a neighbor of J. T. Allbright for 31 years, has often heard him tell of things that happened during his service in the Civil War."

Affadavit of witness: Appeared J. E. Mays: "He has been a neighbor of J. T. Allbright for 16 years, has often heard him discuss his service in the Civil War."
