Northern France, Rhineland, Ardennes, and Central Europe; holds rank of
technical sergeant. |

April 1, 1941; trained in Oklahoma and California; sent to Pacific March
19, 1942; fought on New Guinea; overseas 41 months; held the rank of private,
first class, when discharged from service in June, 1946. |
