EAST FIRST STREET East First Street is the 7th street south of Live Oak Street. It begins at Commercial Avenue and extends east to Guadalupe Street. Note: The addresses on East First Street have been very difficult to identify. The 1929 Coleman directory gives only location from Brazos and Comal Street. The 1930 map shows these houses with alphabetical designations. The 1948 map shows street numbers. I am not sure if the addresses are correct at this time.
