Obituary Judge P. R. Rowell   Judge Rowell, former deputy to the county clerk,  was fpund dead at his boarding house early yesterday morning.  He had rooms in the house across the street from Cumby's main boarding house.  Funeral arrangements are pending following the arrival of his uncle, J. R. Rowell, and his mother from Jefferson, Texas.
