The School and Church shown on the map that Phillip Vantreese drew on the corner of what is now Chisholm Trail, New Haven Road and Farm to Market 55.

Back in those days Chisholm Trail was then The Old Italy Road and Farm Road 55 was not there at the time. New Haven Road had a differant name too. The old store was about 1/4 mile south of the school on what is now Farm Market 55. The store was called Fletcher's Store. I also included a photo of the John Vantreese family the house was some where close to Fletcher's store. If you have any questions please contact me. I hope this helps.

South Prong was a community near Waxahachie. Exact date of picture is not known, but it is probably around 1919. In the back row, the fifth person from the right is Ethyl Kathryn Toal (1906-1962).

[David Vantreese had submitted the same photograph that was identified as being from 1923.]
