Franklin R. Wingrove My great-grandfather, Franklin R. Wingrove, was the veterinarian in Waxahachie, Ellis County, Texas during the late 1800's. I recently obtained a copy of a patent he received in September 1897. The patent was for a Muzzle for Stock (for animals). The family story is that he also helped create the veterinary program at Texas A&M University. I am trying to locate any photos or other information on my great-grand father. |
