Directions: Take North Hwy 75. When you get to the Fairfield City Limit sign, go 1.1 miles and make a right on to Co Road 2547. Go 1.7 miles to Co Road 121 and make a right. Go 6 tenths of a mile and at the T make a left (This is still Co. Road 121) and go 2 tenths of a mile and the cemetery is on the left inside pasture.

[Eric Wood has crosschecked this list against the "Freestone Co. Cemeteries, Vol I" published 1976 which he abbreviated as FCC.  He included any missing because markers can become unreadable, fall down, or be vandalized. Any added have FCC marked on the line.
