Services for Maudie Lee Rozelle, 73 of Athens were held at 11 a.m.
Saturday at the Central Baptist Church with the Rev. Glover C. Bishop 
officiating. Interment followed in the Athens City Cemetery under 
the direction of Carroll & Lehr Funeral Home. Mrs. Rozelle died Friday 
in Henderson County Memorial Hospital. She was born on Aug 18, 1905 
in Kemp.
Survivors include three daughter, Mrs. Mary Cannon of Sherman. Mrs.
Barbara McRae of Athens, Mrs. Dean Lewellen, two brothers Jack Roberson 
of Athens and Leroy Roberson of Dallas, eight grandchildren and six 
great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Ira Kinsey, Carl Hall, Robert McLain, Derl Cannon,
and Rayford Tiner, Honorary pallbearers were  Kenneth Fulton and 
Walter Starks.
