Ola Harper Farmer 

Services for Ola Harper Farmer, 94, of Chandler were held at 2 p.m. Monday at Tomlinson Funeral Home Chapel in Malakoff with the Rev. James Daniel of West Lake Baptist Church officiating. 

Burial followed at Mankin Cemetery in Trinidad. 

Mrs. Farmer died Nov. 5, 1999, in Chandler. 

She was born March 27, 1905, in Sabine County to the late William Gordon and Mary Scruggs Harper. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Farmer, who died in 1961; two sons, Billy Eugene and Robert James Farmer; and 12 brothers and sisters. 

Mrs. Farmer was a homemaker and had been in Chandler for the past four years. 

Survivors include her son, Clarence Farmer of Chandler; daughter, Letha Joyce Calvert of Chandler; nine grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. 

Pallbearers will be Mark Farmer, Clarence Farmer Jr., Cody Buechner and Dwight Farmer. 

Visitation will be held Sunday, Nov. 7, at the funeral home from 6-8 p.m.
