Tommie Mahurin
Graveside services for Tommie Mahurin, 38, of Whitehouse, formerly of Athens, are scheduled for 2 p.m. Wednesday at Mankin Cemetery near Trinidad with the Bishop Kenneth Stegall officiating. Carroll-Lehr Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Miss Mahurin died Jan. 31 in Whitehouse.
She was born Dec. 16, 1960, in Athens to the late Joseph Thomas and Martha Frances Kennon Mahurin. She was a resident of Athens until 1992 when she moved to Whitehouse.
Miss Mahurin is survived by her sisters, Elva Lee Coker of Athens, Bobbie Berggren of Florida, Pamela Jones of Dallas, Nina Steel of Tyler; and numerous uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home between 6-7 p.m. Tuesday.
