County Court pertaining to estates of Deceased person May Term A. D. 1869
To Hon D. A. Owen County Judge of Henderson County
The undersigned who were appointed Commissioners to Inventory and appraise the
property belonging to the estate of T. C. Williams Dec's would respectfully return
the following as containing a true & correct Inventory and appraisement of the same
as pointed out to us by J. M. Guarner (Garner?) administrator of said Estate

1 half intrest in 360 acres of land $600.00
1 Black *horse 11 *years old appraised at 75.00
1 Black horse 6 years old appraised at 75.00
1 Black *mare 11 years old appraised at 40.00
1 Bay mare 6 years old appraised at 72.50
1 Black mare 5 years old appraised at 72.50
1 Sorrel mare 5 years old appraised at 60.00
1 Black mare 3 years old appraised at 40.00
1 Bay mare 3 years old appraised at 30.00
1 Bay Colt mare 1 years old appraised at 15.00
1 Bay horse mare 6 years old appraised at 77.50

The following is the list of claims note made by Tate & Bartley date Oct. 22nd 1865
due.  Sixty days after date m currency favor of Thos C. Williams - for the sum of Two 
Hundred Thirthy Two 60/100 Dollar (with a credit of $49.00 Dollars)
Note made by Baird & Lockhart date July 19, 1867 due on demand- favor of Mrs. 
Nancy Williams for the some of Fifty Dollars.
Also a few small open accounts which your adm. does not know wether they are
good or insuffisent and that both the notes and accounts are the common property of
the dec'd his wife.

Adminstration would state upon oath that said inventory on Page 1 & 2 and the list
of claims is a full and conplete inventory and list of property and claims of his inststate
that has come to his knowledge so help me God - he would further state that the 
portion of property on page 3 which was mentioned is the separate property of
Nancy Williams decs and which has been stricken out for administraton upon her
estate and believe it would be to the intrest of both estates to have seperate 
administration there being two sets of children.  J. M. Garner

We the undersigned Commissioners do solmany swar that the above Inventory
is a true and correct valuation of all the property belonging to the Estate of T. C. 
Williams decd, and Nancy Williams decd wife of T. C. Williams show to us by
J. M. Guarner aministrator of said Estate.
