Joe Bailey Bell Is Killed In Car Wreck

At the time of going to press it is learned that Joe Bailey Bell
of Trinidad, was killed in an auto wreck near Powell early
Wednesday morning. None of the particulars were learned
at press time.

Funeral Services For Joe Bailey Bell Held At Trinidad

Funeral services for Joe Bailey Bell, 25, who died at a
Corsicana hospital Wednesday morning for injuries
sustained when an automobile in which he was riding,
overturned on a detour west of the city of Powell, were held
from the First Methodist Church at Trinidad last Thursday
afternoon. The services were conducted by the Rev. R. E.
Beaird pastor of the church, assisted by Rev. D. R. Cartlidge
of Athens. Interment took place in the Trinidad cemetery.
