Dave Bickham is Honored on 76th Birthday
Dave Bickham of
Greenville was honored on two separate occasions for his
76th birthday.
On September 13, his big day, Mrs. Jonnie Nell Robinson
served stew at her Greenville home. Attending were Mr.
and Mrs. George A. Bickham, Celeste; Homer Robinson, the
honoree, and his wife, Alma.
Last weekend, Mr. Bickham was honored by a family
gathering in his home. His grandson, Mr. and Mrs. Joe
Dan Bickham and Jeff, arrived on Friday from
Nacogdoches, and the son, Mr. and Mrs. Joe David Bickham
and Mickey, arrived on Saturday from Atlanta.
Others attending were Mr. and Mrs. Homer Robinson,
Greenville; Steven Smith and Linda Smith, Atlanta; Larry
Thompson, Carol Lynn Thompson, Rebecca Thompson, and
Damon Thompson, Valliant, Oklahoma; and Mr. and Mrs.
George A. Bickham, Celeste.
Damon, the nine-year old great-grandson, was also
honored with the birthday cake he shared with Mr.
Bickham.
Pictures were taken and the game "thirty-one" was
played.
