Judge Grover Sellers, District Judge of the 8th Judicial District called a special session of the Hut County District Court to meet Saturday, for the purpose of pronouncing the death penalty upon Willie Grady, negro, who was convicted of rape upon a white woman at Greenville last fall. Also, for other business that should come before the court.
