The home of Mrs. Opal Allen, 3605 Bourland, was the scene of a recent party honoring Mary Glasscoe whose marriage to B. C. Fielder was an event on Tuesday, February 5, 1963.

Co-hostesses were Mrs. J. O. Follis, Mrs. W. E. Biggs, and Mrs. Ralph Harper.

A pink and silver theme predominated in the decorations. The refreshment table was centered with three branched silver compote holding a pink and silver floral arrangement, which was flanked with silver candelabra holding pink tapers.

Mrs. Biggs poured and games were directed by Mrs. Harper who also presented the honoree with a shower of miscellaneous gifts.

Approximately thirty guests attended the affair.
