NASH, Texas — Alice Nell Powers Logan, 69, of Texarkana died April 26, 2007, at a Dallas hospital. Memorial services are at 4 p.m. Tuesday, May 1, 2007, at Williams Memorial United Methodist Church with Dr. Danny Wayman officiating. A private graveside service is at Chapelwood Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Logan was born Dec. 1, 1937, in Greenville. She was a retired kindergarten teacher and was a member of Williams Memorial United Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Logan, on July 16, 2005.
She is survived by two daughters, Vicki Roberts of Plano and Laurie Logan of El Paso, Ark; her mother, Nell Powers of Greenville; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Gene and Marge Powers of Houston and Ray and Judy Powers of Carrollton; one brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Tom and Linda Logan of San Diego, Calif.; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Visitation is from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Monday at Chapelwood Funeral Home.
