William P. Baker
The Courier has been advised of the death on November 8, 1953, of William P. Baker, Hunt County native and former Celeste resident. Mr. Baker who made his home at 1512 Gleason Street, Silver Springs, Maryland, died suddenly at his resident in that suburban city near Washington, DC.
Funeral services were held at 1:00 PM, Tuesday, November 10, 1953, at the S. H. Hines Company Funeral Home, Washington, DC, and interment was made in the National Memorial Park Cemetery, Falls Church, Virginia.
Deceased was the son of I. A. (Andy) Baker and Mary Ellen Baker.
Survivors include his wife, Birdie Baker; a daughter, Mrs. Carson Condry; and four sons, Russell M. Baker, Ralph Baker, Reginald R. Baker, and Robert E. Baker.
