CADDO MILLS — Benjamin “Benny” Lee Agnew, 70, of Caddo Mills died Saturday, July 15, 2006, at his residence. Funeral services are at 10 a.m. Tuesday, July 18, 2006, at Rentfrow Funeral Home chapel with Rev. Randal Bost officiating. Burial is in Dry Creek Cemetery.
Mr. Agnew was born Sept. 4, 1935, in New Orleans, La.; the son of Clyde Wallace and Zelma Franklin Agnew. He was a retired Prolerized Steel foreman and a U.S. Army veteran who served in the Korean War.
Surviving are daughters Janet Bell of Brownwood, Billie Wright of Caddo Mills and Bobbie Yocum of West Fork, Ark.; grandchildren, Tessa and Anna Bell and of Brownwood, Natalee and Brock Wright and Kristi Helton, all of Caddo Mills, Breanna Yocum of West Fork, Ark.; and many other grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and sister, Deetta Bailey of Doughtry, Okla. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister. Visitation is from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
