Mary Etta Carter Cannon
Mary Etta Carter Cannon, widow, died of acute myocardial infarction on December 18, 1961, in Alexander Hospital in Terrell, Kaufman County, Texas. She died at the age of eighty-nine years. She had lived in Celeste, Hunt County, Texas within the city limits. Her father was E. D. Carter and her mother was Josephine Royal Carter. Mary Etta was born to them on November 29, 1872, in Pensacola, Florida. Mrs. Josephine Crittenden (daughter) was the informant. Burial was made at Mount Carmel Cemetery, Celeste, Hunt County, Texas, on December 19, 1961. (72542)
