Funeral services for Charley F. ( Bud) Scott, 77, of Rt 1, Commerce will be held at 3 p.m. today at Jones Memorial Chapel. Rev. Lee Alexander will officiate. Burial will be in Webb Hill Cemetery.
Mr. Scott died at 2 p.m. in a Terrell hospital. He was born the son of M. F. and Ollie Kincaide Scott on Feb 9, 1896 in Wolfe City. He was a member if the Webb Hill Baptist Church.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Lucie Scott of Commerce, four step-sons; two daughters, Mrs. Louise Miller and Mrs. Pauline Crone of Dallas; four brothers, Murry Scott, Clarence Scott and Fred Scott all of Wolfe City and Weldon Scott of Honey Grove; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
