A. A. Clark, 88, died suddenly of an apparent heart attack on March 28, 1941, at RR 2, Celeste, Hunt County, Texas. A widower, he was born on October 27 (or 7th), 1852, in Tennessee to Thaniel Clark of North Carolina and Martha Brackett Clark of Tennessee. J. S. Clark, of Sunset, Texas, was the informant. Burial was made at Mount Carmel on March 30, 1941, with R. W. Owens of Wolfe City, Texas, in charge.
