Barney Cooper
Lone Oak, Texas, April 14 - (Special to the Banner)
- Barney Cooper, aged 22, son of G.T. Cooper of this city, died at the home of his father here late Wednesday following a serious illness lasting since Sunday when the young man apparently poisoned from either wood alcohol or moonshine whiskey, according to attending physicians. Young Cooper recently returned from Greenville to be at the bedside of his father who is at the point of death.
