CADDO MILLS — Dakota ”Koty” Dewayne Fox, 12, of Caddo Mills died Sept. 30, 2006, from injuries received in an automobile accident on Highway 66 on Sept. 21, 2006. Funeral services are at 3:30 p.m. Thursday at Faith Bible Church in Caddo Mills. Visitation is from 6 to 8 p.m today at Rentfrow Funeral Home in Caddo Mills. Koty was a sixth grader. He had attended Royse City schools and transferred to Caddo Mills for the 2006-07 school year. He had played soccer since he was four years old. Kind and patient, Koty will live on in the hearts of every life he has ever crossed. Surviving are his mother, Barbara Jane Pullis of Caddo Mills; his stepmother of eight years, Darla Fox of Caddo Mills; two brothers, Riley and Micah Fox of Caddo Mills; a sister, Morgan Fox of Caddo Mills; grandmother Sherri Stallings of Rowlett; grandfather Leonard Pullis of Murphysboro, Ill.; grandparents Sheila and Gary Fox of Caddo Mills; and his great-grandmother, Velma Gibbs of Rosine, Ken. His father, Jason Edward Dewayne Fox, died Sept. 21, 2006, in the same automobile accident.
