David C. Bickham
David C. Bickham, 83, of Atlanta, passed away on June 7, 1985, in Shreveport, Louisiana.
Funeral services were held Sunday at the Coker-Mathews Funeral Home Chapel. Dr. Bobby Renfro officiated. Burial was in Forest Park Cemetery.
He was born on September 13, 1901, in Celeste, to Lemuel Walter Bickham and Anna Keith Bickham. He was married to Lollian McKee on June 28, 1924, in Celeste. She preceded him in death on July 2, 1947. He remarried to Alma Jean Sparks on May 18, 1949, in Lovington, New Mexico. She preceded him in death on April 16, 1980. The retired pipe fitter was a member of the West Side Baptist Church in Atlanta.
Survivors included a son, Joe D. Bickham of Atlanta; three grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
