Gerard Baham, 69, of Greenville, passed away June 28, 2006, at his residence. Graveside services are at 10 a.m. today at East Mount Cemetery with Rev. Randy Rather officiating. Peters Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. He was born Nov. 4, 1936, in Meridian, La., son of Percy and Maria Angeletti Baham. On May 16, 2002, he married Kathy Davis in Quinlan. He was a mechanic and of the Catholic faith. He is survived by his wife, Kathy, of Greenville; daughters Stephanie Gordon of Commerce, Jennifer Burleson and husband, Robert of Bastrop, Jeanine Baham of Borger, and Angela Hall of Houston; sons Brian Polasek and wife Betty of Quinlan and Jason Polasek of Mesquite; his mother, Maria of Louisiana; nine grandchildren; one brother; four sisters; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father.
