Gerald Wayne Redwine was born Feb. 15, 1959, in McKinney to the parentage of James Ray Dennis and Lois Redwine Dennis. Gerald was educated in Farmersville and Greenville schools. He lived a short time in Fort Worth after returning from the U.S. Army. Gerald was faithfully employed at Tyco and lived in Greenville until his death.
He departed this life on March 7, 2007.
Those left to cherish his memories, love, smile and laughter are his wife, Cathy Miller Redwine of Greenville; his children, LeAnne Miller Redwine and Moses Miller of Dallas and Kateva Martin of Greenville; his father of Minnesota; his brothers, Bobby (Cindy) Dennis of Garland and Elliott (Sheliah) Dennis of Dallas; a grandmother, Margaret Redwine; and several aunts and uncles.
He was preceded in death by his mother and grandparents James and Ethel Dennis.
A public viewing is from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 2:30 to 6 p.m. today with a private family service from 2 to 2:30 p.m. at Grace & Mercy Funeral Home, 2120 Hemphill Street. A family and friend fellowship dinner is scheduled at 2:30 p.m. today at New Jerusalem Baptist Church.
