Inell Sowells Sudderth
Leonard — A funeral service for Inell Sowels Sudderth, 91, of Leonard is scheduled at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, November 28, 2007, the Leonard Church of Christ with Sam Dilbeck, Steven Medford, and Charles Wrenn officiating. Burial follows in the Leonard Cemetery under the direction of Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home.
She died November 26, 2007, at Presbyterian Hospital of Greenville. Mrs. Sudderth was born July 17, 1916, in Delba; the daughter of Isaac Gowen Sowels and Mary Alice Ready Sowels. She was a homemaker and was a member of the Leonard Church of Christ, the Friends of the Leonard Library, and the Leonard Preservation League.
Survivors are her son, Eddie Sudderth of Leonard; her daughter, Nancy Robinson of Leonard; grandsons Gregg Robinson of Whitewright and Glenn Robinson of Leonard; two great-granddaughters, Courtney Robinson of Leonard and Gracie Robinson of Whitewright; and great-grandson Dane Robinson of Whitewright.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Joe G. Sudderth; sisters Juanita Lowry and Mae Marshall; brothers Leon Sowels and Ted Blevins; a step-sister, Bonnie Sowels McLain; two step-brothers, Ed Sowels and Bob Sowels; and a daughter who died at birth, Sandra Jean Sudderth.
