A memorial service for John Michael Clyde Stephenson, 41, of Point, will be at 4 p.m., today, at Coker-Mathews Funeral Home chapel with Mr. Larry Page officiating.
Mr. Stephenson died Jan. 6, 2007, in Presbyterian Hospital of Greenville.
He was born May 2, 1965, in Jacksonville,, Fla., to Horace Lee Stephenson and Jimmie Ater. He was employed by home Health Care and was a member of the Church of Christ.
Survivors are his mother, Jimmie and husband Tommy N. Fraley of Woodward, Okla.; grandparents, Clyde and Shirley Ater of Roscoe; a brother, James and wife Martha Stephenson of Midland; sisters, Rebecca and husband Mike Smith of South St. Paul, Minn., Deborah and husband Don McCormick of Winfield, Kan., and Ann and husband Rick Simpson of Edmond, Okla.; an aunt Judith and husband Paul Kester of Lubbock.
He was preceded in death by his father and grandparents, J. Lewis and Zora Stephenson, and an uncle, James Stephenson.
