Johnnie M. Phelps, 67, of Greenville died the evening of Dec. 2, 2006, at her home. She was the daughter of J.P. and Francis Phelps.
The family extends its thanks to the caregivers of Texas Senior Care and a special thank you to Sandy and Walter of that organization for all their care.
Johnnie is survived by her mother of Greenville; two sisters, Bonnie Young of Greenville and Mattie Waldon of Garland; two brothers, Dwayne Phelps and Frank Phelps of Greenville; six nieces of Greenville; two great-nieces and two great-nephews, all of Greenville; and other nieces and nephews of Garland.
She was preceded in death by her father and one sister.
A private service was held and Elder Bobby Crosby of the Shiloh Church of God in Christ will officiate a private graveside service.
Cozine & Tarver Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
