John Bert Jones
John Bert Jones, 83, died on April 2, 1967, in Gilbert Nursing Home, Leonard, Texas after 3 1/2 years from heart disease and pneumonia. He was born October 26, 1883 in Trenton, Texas, the son of Sam H. Jones and Nancy Jane Chadwell Jones. He never married. He was a fireman on the railroad and a resident of Leonard, Texas. Informant was S. H. Jones, brother. Dr. Van Shoick was attending physician. Burial was made on April 3, 1967 in Burns Cemetery, Trenton, Texas.
