J. R. Luna
Mr. J. R. Luna, for many years a citizen of Celeste and for the past few years of East Texas, died suddenly here at the Anderson Boarding house Thursday.
Mr. Luna was fifty-six years old, born in Tennessee, and came to Texas thirty-six years ago. He was married in 1885 and she with one daughter, Mrs. Frank Morris, of Stephenville, survive him.
Mr. Luna was a member of the Methodist Church and funeral services were conducted by the Rev. C. O. Shugart. Burial was made in McWright Cemetery.
