Lilly Green Daniel
Funeral services for Mrs. Lilly Daniel, 93, of Celeste, were at 2:00 PM, Saturday, in Taylor Funeral Home Chapel, Leonard, with Mr. Connie Hollis and Mrs. Leamon Keele officiating.
Burial was made in Celeste Cemetery. Pallbearers were Haskell Henslee, Emmett Lewis, Jerry Swindell, Herman Compton, John James, and Johnnie Lyon.
Mrs. Daniel died on June 10, 1977, in a Leonard nursing home.
She was born on September 29, 1883, in Hunt County, the daughter of Mr.and Mrs. S. L. Green. She was a member of the Celeste Church of Christ.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Edna Roach of Celeste; a son, Charles Luna of Dallas; a sister, Mrs. Bess Crumb of Fort Worth; two grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
