Louie Melvin Nalls
Cash: Services for Louie Melvin Nalls, of Cash, will be at 2 p.m. Monday in the Bethel Baptist Church of Greenville with Rev. Eddie Frazier and Rev. Jim Corbett officiating. Burial will be in the Simmons Cemetery. Mr. Nalls died Saturday in Presbyterian Hospital of Greenville. Born November 2, 1909 in Hunt County, he was the son of Walter Nalls and Katie Elizabeth Williams Nalls. He married Maggie Ishmael on January 7, 1931. He was a farmer and a Baptist. He was preceded in death by his wife on May 19, 1984 and an infant son. He is survived by a son, Marlin Nalls of Cash, and two sisters, Merl Allen of Greenville and Ausit Young of Greenville. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday. Pallbearers will be Verdane Nalls, Tom Allen, Ken Newby, Wyman Johnson, James Williams and James Poe.
