Maggie Evelyn Norris Nalls
Maggie E. Nalls, 97, of the Wieland Community, died Saturday in Greenville. Services are at 2 p.m. today at Wieland Church of Christ with Delton Alexander and Rick Henslee officiating. Burial is in the Wieland Cemetery. Mrs. Nalls was born on September 14, 1902 in Hunt County to Will Norris and Ella Nix. She married Troy Henry Nals on March 7, 1928 in Cash. She was a member of the Wieland Church of Christ. Surviving are a son, Farell Nalls of Greenville; a daughter Quida McKinney of Greenville, sisters Erna McCord and Fay Little of Greenville, four grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband in 1991; a granddaughter, Terry McKinney in 1996, a grandson, Kyle Nalls in 1990, a great-great-grandson, great-great-granddaughter, four sisters and two brothers. Pallbearers are Clyde Terry, Cole Woodall, Richard Hogue, Justin Norris, Verdane Nalls, and Don Angell. Coker-Mathew Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
