Melvin Lee Rose
Melvin Lee Rose, 42 of 5000 Del Ra Drive died at 2 p.m. Tuesday in a Dallas hospital.
Funeral services are pending with Coker-Mathews-Peters Funeral Home.
Mr. Rose was born the son of Fred and Vinnie Osborn Rose on August 15, 1931 in Claremore, Okla. He married Katy Ann Finley in Claremore, Okla on April 26, 1941. He was employed by E-Systems. Mr. Rose was a veteran and a member of the Johnston St. Church of Christ.
Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Kitty Rose of Greenville; his mother, Mrs. Vinnie Rose of Chelsea, Okla; two sons, Gayle Rose and Kevin Rose, both of Greenville; one daughter, Janita Rose of Greenville; two sisters, two brothers, Bill Rose of Claremore, Okla and Fred Rose of Wewonka, Okla; two sisters, Mrs. Elvina melvin of Enid, Okla. and Mrs. Evelyn Spa-- of Wanatt, Okla. He was preceded in death by his father.
