Mildred L. McElroy, 82 of Greenville died March 21, 2007, at her residence. Services are planned at 2 p.m. Monday at Peters Funeral Home chapel with Rev. Kevin Nailleaux officiating.
Visitation is from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Mildred was born to parents Chester and Addie (Dennington) Couch on March 9, 1925 in Clebit, Okla. She married Denmon McElroy on December 1944 in Eagle Town, Okla. She was a homemaker.
Mildred is survived by her husband; a son, Michael McElroy of Nampa, Idaho; two daughters, Emily Norman of Las Vegas, N.M., and Claudette Norman of Watrous, N.M.; one brother, Claudie Couch of Columbus, Ark.; one sister, Lillie Burroughs of Duncan, Okla.; 10 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Arlie and Thurston Couch.
