Mrs. L. J. Stewart
Mrs. L. J. Stewart, 58, died at her home in the Celeste community Tuesday night following a several months illness. Funeral rites were conducted on Wednesday afternoon at Grove Hill with interment in Grove Hill Cemetery.
The deceased was one of the best known and most loved women of Celeste and was a splendid Christian character. For more than twenty years she had been a member of the Primitive Baptist Church.
Surviving are her husband, two sisters, and two brothers. (April 6, 1933, The Greenville Messenger)
