Mrs. Mary Hunt
Mrs. Mary Hunt, one of the early settlers and well loved women of Hunt County, passed away at the home of her son, Bert Black, near Dixon, on Wednesday, January 10, 1917, at 4:00 PM.
Mrs. Black was the mother of a large family of sons and daughters, and also has a number of grandchildren to mourn her death. Among the grandchildren is Mrs. E. H. Watson of this city, who attended the funeral, held at Leonard on Thursday afternoon, January 11, 1917.
Interment was made in the old family burying grounds near that place.
