Mrs. Ola Elizabeth Crisp, 87, 1552 Wolfe City, died Saturday at 9:05 p.m. in a Greenville Nursing Home. Funeral services will be Tuesday at 10 a.m. in the Coker-Mathews Funeral Chapel with the Revs. Thomas Beall and W.O. Majors officiating; burial will be in Forest Park Cemetery. Born in Hopkins County Sept. 27, 1893, she was the daughter of James Marshall and Belle Millsap Marshall. She married John Ward Crisp July 16, 1933. She was a retired school teacher and a member of Shady Grove Methodist Church. Mrs. Crisp moved to Hunt County at an early age and attended East Texas State University where she received a certificate in elementary education. Surviving are nephews, James Marshall and Louis Marshall both of Greenville; several great nieces and great nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband July 20, 1977; parents; brothers, Howard Marshall, Dec. 27, 1972 and Louis Marshall, Sr., April 12, 1949. Serving as pallbearers will be Raymond Crockett, Roy Holder, L.R. Morgan, J.D. Stovall, Jake Jacobs, and Frank Hudson.
