Van Mooneyham
QUINLAN - Van V. Mooneyham, 60, of Quinlan died Friday, Sept 4, 1999, in Dallas. Funeral services are at 2 p.m. today at Quinlan Funeral Chapel with Rev. Larry Combs officiating. Burial will be in the Wieland Cemetery.
Mooneyham was born in Calhoun City, Miss., the son of Charlie Van and Mary Weldon Mooneyham. He married Betty Vawter Mooneyham. He was a veteran of the U.S. Marines. He was a welder and a member of the Quinlan Masonic Lodge.
Survivors include his wife, Betty Mooneyham of Quinlan; a son, Michael L. Mooneyham of Fort Worth; four daughters, Cathy Hite of Richardson, Carla Payne of Quinlan, Crystal Russell of Wolfe City, and Debra Mooneyham of Fort Worth; two sisters, Barbara Ann Wynn of Quinlan and Mary Lavon Ward of Waco; and four grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a sister Laura Jane Dyer.
Pallbearers are John Moore, Honorary; James Cruise, Ray Blythe, Tommy Payne, Todd Goodwin, Gene Cullum, and J. D. Previtt.
